Teens Self Defence
Ages 13 - 18
This class is about Self Protection. As with all classes we run they are informative and fun as well as being physical and thought provoking.
They will learn the basics of self protection from how to spot danger to how to increase their awareness, from de-escalation techniques to situational management, as well as the physical, emotional, and mental tools needed to make the right decisions.
They will learn martial arts techniques so they know how to operate their body under duress as well as increasing their physical, mental and emotional fitness.
The teen years can have a huge effect on the rest of their lives so we do what we can to help improve their outlook of themselves and of others. What we teach is beyond punching and kicking and the lessons learned will hopefully serve them well into adulthood.
